AM INTERIOR undertakes to deliver the orders, properly packaged, within an average period of 5 (five) to 30 (thirty) working days after confirmation of payment by the bank (for Azores/Madeira or international shipments, this may be a larger delivery).
The order is delivered to the address indicated by you in the “Delivery Address” area (home, work, etc. - never at a post office box).
As soon as the goods are shipped from our facilities, an automatic email is sent to inform you.
AM INTERIOR only dispatches on weekdays until 15:00. In this way, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not taken into account for the estimated delivery of orders.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on holidays, from 9 am to 6 pm.
The estimated delivery date is merely indicative and is the responsibility of the carriers.
If you choose to pick up in the physical store, the date on which the order will be ready at our facilities will be indicated by email or telephone. You must bring with you the proof of the order that is sent by e-mail.
Any delay in the shipment or ordering of items, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not entitle you to compensation.

11. Returns / Exchanges and Complaints

12. Refunds and processing time
As soon as the order arrives at M INTERIORES, and if it is in accordance with the return conditions, the refund will be made by bank transfer within a maximum period of 15 working days.
It is essential that you provide us with the bank identification number (NIB) of a bank in Portuguese national territory in order to carry out the chargeback. Once the chargeback is made, you will be notified by email to the address you left us on your account. Please note that we are not responsible for chargebacks to the wrong bank ID numbers, or accounts you no longer have access to.
