Delivery procedure.

When the items ordered by the customer are available for delivery, you will be notified via email notifying you of availability for delivery.

Delivery forecast.

The delivery forecast of the ordered items varies from 3 to 30 working days, after ordering you will be contacted by the M Interiores team with the right date of delivery.

If you place an order with more than 1 item, the delivery forecast will be based on the date of the item with the longest term. Because M Interiores will only make a single delivery. When making a purchase at the M Interiores online store, you will enjoy Free Shipping for all shipments.

After completing the purchase, you will receive an email with the order confirmation, along with a code so that you can track it. This is just a prediction, however, no responsibility can be attributed to M Interiores in the event that the order cannot, for any reason, be fulfilled in whole or in part within the estimated period.

Delivery values.

  • Delivery to your door - Free.

          You will be notified by the carrier within the previous 24 hours.

  • Delivery with assembly included - €100.00

          You will receive a contact from the carrier to schedule the day and time window for delivery with assembly. This method includes a team of 2 people.

Return conditions.

 

If you need to return items, they must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packed in the original packaging and without any signs of use. You must always send the invoice together with the items.

You can return it in the following situations:

  • The customer has the right to return the purchase within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the article to return or exchange the parts and without the need to indicate the reason, according to nº 1 of 10º of DL nº 24/2014, 14 /02..

  • The customer has the right to return the purchase even if it has not yet been shipped.

 

In the case of personalized products, produced with alterations requested by the customer, M Interiores does not accept returns.

Return procedure.  ​

  • Mention the order reference and which items you want to return.

  • Prepare the order in the same conditions in which you received it.

  • Hire a carrier of your choice and send us the products to the following address: Rua da Mó, Lugar da Tapada nº472 Fregim 4600-595 Amarante

AM Interiores is only responsible for the return and return costs if there is an internal error and the product sent does not correspond to the order, if the product has original defects or if it has been damaged during transport.

When requesting the collection of the items to be returned, the customer must send a photograph to the email m-interiores@outlook.pt to check their condition.

Your money will be refunded using the same payment method you used to make the purchase or by bank transfer, if I have made payment by ATM reference.

AM Interiores will refund within an estimated period of 15 days, after confirmation of receipt of the article under the above mentioned conditions. However, you will not be responsible for any fees resulting from such reimbursement.

Damaged Item.  

If you receive an item damaged by the carrier, you will have 24 hours to claim from the date of delivery, sending photographs that show the damage to the item.
